M&R Associates specializes in building custom homes, spec homes, commerical and government projects.
We have built homes in West Landing, West Lake Valley, Lake Villanow, Royal Pines, Cypres Creek Farms, Stoney Creek, Bridlewood, The Summit, Sunset Ridge, Brighton Park, and many other communities. Kendale Acres Free Will Baptist, Hunt Springs Baptist, Turner's Chapel, First Weslyan Church, Flat Springs Baptist, Cornerstone Baptist, and Hickory Grove Baptist are a few of the church building programs that we have been involved with. We have also worked with Club Corp. of America, remodeling dinner clubs such as Capital City Club in Raleigh, NC; Piedmont Club in Winston Salem, NC; Walden Club in Chattanooga, TN; Nashville City Club in Nashville, TN; and the Citrus Club in Orlando, FL. M&R Associates has been fortunate enough to be involved with Habitat for Humanity, The Sanford Area Home Builders Association, and The North Carolina Home Builders Association.
