RYAN RHODES  Ryan Rhodes began working in the construction industry with M&R Associates in 1995.  He has focused his time with the company on perfecting his knowledge within the construction industry to help build M&R into the company that it is today.  He is currently M&R's President and in 2007 was inducted as Vice President of the Sanford Area Home Builders Association.  In 2008 Ryan became the President of the Sanford Area Home Builders Association.  Currently he is now on the Board of the Home Builders Association and is a member of NC State Home Builders Association.  Ryan currently runs the residential and commercial operations division for the corporation. 

MATTHEW RHODES  Matthew Rhodes has proudly worked for M&R Associates for ten years.  He began working in the construction industry in 1994 and later earned a degree in Architectural Engineering.  His experience in the industry has given him the opportunity to become M&R's vice president and to continue building a company for which he is extremely proud to represent.  Matthew is currently on the board of the Sanford Area Home Builders Association and will become Vice President of the Sanford Area HBA in 2010. He has run the military commercial operations division for the corporation at Ft. Bragg since 2004.

RAYMOND RHODES   Raymond Rhodes has recently served as the President of the North Carolina Home Builders Association. Over the past few years Raymond has proudly served as Vice President and President of the Sanford Area HBA and then served for two years as Region 3 Vice President for the NCHBA before becoming President elect for the state. Raymond attended Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee and then started his own construction business there. His primary focus was commercial construction and remodeling. After living in Chattanooga for 11 years he sold his business and moved back home to North Carolina. Upon his return Raymond started a new business in 1988 and has been building commercial and residential since then. Raymond has since handed the reins of his company over to his two sons, Ryan and Matthew, and his daughter Anne-Marie. 

ANNE-MARIE RHODES  Anne-Marie Rhodes signed on with M&R Associates in 2007.  She began her career in the industry in 1999 in the sales and marketing field.  Since then she has worked for several world wide corporations building her resume'.  During which time she relocated to Los Angeles, CA and during her time on the west coast she worked as a designer for a top international design firm.  While working as a designer Anne-Marie built a large clientele with many top celebrities on her roster as well as earning the top sales award exceeding one million dollars in individual sales.  Anne-Marie now resides in North Carolina and is proud to be apart of working with her family and continuing the excellent reputation that her family has earned for over 25 years.
